The International Conference on Communities & Technologies (C&T) 2025 invites enthusiastic students to apply as Student Volunteers (SVs)!

Responsibilities
Student Volunteers are mainly responsible for the smooth running of the conference and become the face of the organising team. This means that you as SV are helping with the registration and helping at the reception, providing logistical assistance for workshops and conferences. When you become SV you assist with the session management and support speakers and attendees. You therefor should be able to be onsite in Siegen during the conference. The working time over the whole conference is about 20 hours.
Eligibility
To apply you must be enrolled as a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) during the conference. As this is an international conference you need good English and communication skills to support our participants from all over the world. Preferable you already have some technical skills to assist the speakers with setting up the microphones or their presentation slides. Most importantly, have a friendly, reliable and proactive attitude and help us make this conference a very memorable one!
